Payment
Payment can be made using major credit cards or PayPal through the secure payment process on this site. Other forms of payment may be considered. Email me at info@orasdesigns.com with any questions. California residents will have a 8.75% sales tax added to their order.

Shipping
Each mobile is hand made, to order, so please allow up to two weeks before shipping. All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground in the US. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available if you need your order more quickly. We can ship outside the US. Please email info@orasdesigns.com for a shipping quote estimate.

Returns
Since every piece is hand made to order, we cannot accept returns. However, we want you to love your mobile, and will consider an exchange for another color. To exchange, mobiles must be packaged very carefully back into their original packaging. We can send you a color swatch book if you need one.

Damage
If for some reason your mobile is damaged when you receive it, please contact me immediately so I can take care of it. Please keep all original packing material.

Custom
Oras welcomes custom work. If you want something you don’t see on this site, please email info@orasdesigns.com to discuss a custom mobile. Extra cost will apply for custom work. How much extra will depend on size and how much design time is involved.
